At this time, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. See below for exception.

 

If you encounter an issue with your order, such as a defect or damage during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll work with you to resolve the matter promptly. In the event that an exception is made, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. If applicable, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank. If refund is not received after 7 business days, please contact your bank prior to contacting StrangeInk about your refund. 

Exceptions also may be made if wrong size is ordered. Wrong size orders will only be eligible for exchange.
