At StrangeInk, every piece of apparel is carefully handmade by us, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. However, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our unique designs, we may partner with trusted providers to produce and ship certain items.

 

Please note:

  • Shipping Times May Vary: We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing before shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Deliveries may be delayed due to holidays,  weather, high demand, etc.                                                                                                   
  • Handcrafted Quality: Every shirt we offer is carefully assembled by us, ensuring the highest quality from start to finish. We take pride in handcrafting each piece, inspecting every detail to guarantee a premium feel, lasting durability, and a flawless finish. No mass production—just authentic, high-quality craftsmanship in every shirt.

  • Order Confirmation & Invoice

    Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This email will include:

    • A summary of the items purchased.
    • The total cost, including any shipping fees and taxes.
    • Your order number for reference.
    • Tracking will be provided once available

    Please ensure you provide a valid email address during checkout to receive your confirmation. If you do not see the email, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.

  1. Order Cancellations:

    • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
    • After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed since orders may already be processed or printed.

  2. Pre-Order or Made-to-Order Items:

    • If an item is custom-made or a pre-order, cancellations are not allowed once production has started.

  3. Refunds for Canceled Orders:

    • If an order is canceled within the allowed timeframe, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.

  4. How to Request a Cancellation:

    • Customers must email support or use the contact form on the website with their order number.

  5. Exceptions:

    • If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues or an error on StrangeInk’s part, customers will receive a full refund or the option to switch to another item.
