Please note:
- Shipping Times May Vary: We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing before shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Deliveries may be delayed due to holidays, weather, high demand, etc.
- Handcrafted Quality: Every shirt we offer is carefully assembled by us, ensuring the highest quality from start to finish. We take pride in handcrafting each piece, inspecting every detail to guarantee a premium feel, lasting durability, and a flawless finish. Order Confirmation & Invoice
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This email will include:

Order Cancellations:
- Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed since orders may already be processed or printed.

Pre-Order or Made-to-Order Items:
- If an item is custom-made or a pre-order, cancellations are not allowed once production has started.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:
- If an order is canceled within the allowed timeframe, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.

How to Request a Cancellation:
- Customers must email support or use the contact form on the website with their order number.

Exceptions:
- If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues or an error on StrangeInk’s part, customers will receive a full refund or the option to switch to another item.
